Refund Policy

At Trismegiste Technologies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if an item doesn't suit you, you have the right to withdraw your purchase, as governed by French law.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must not have been used

• It must be returned in its original condition and in its complete and intact packaging.

• It must be returned within a reasonable time after notification of withdrawal (maximum 14 days)

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Return procedure

Please indicate:

• Your order number

• The reason for return (optional)

• Your full contact details

We will then provide you with the return address and the procedures to follow.

4. Reimbursement

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

5. Non-refundable products

Certain products cannot be refunded, including:

• Personalized items

• Products used or damaged after delivery

• Any item returned after the deadline or not meeting the conditions mentioned

6. Changes to this policy

This refund policy may be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on our website on the date of your purchase.
