Refund Policy

At Trismegiste Technologies, we make every effort to guarantee customer satisfaction. However, if an item does not suit you, you have a right of withdrawal governed by French law.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must not have been used

• It must be returned in its original condition and in its complete and undamaged packaging.

• It must be returned within a reasonable time after notification of withdrawal (maximum 14 days).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Return Procedure

• Your order number

• The reason for the return (optional)

• Your full contact details

We will then provide you with the return address and the instructions to follow.

4. Reimbursement

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

5. Non-refundable products

Some products are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Personalized items

• Products used or damaged after delivery

• Any item returned after the deadline or not meeting the conditions mentioned

6. Changes to this policy

This refund policy may be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on our website on the date of your purchase.
