Delivery Policy

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories and internationally.

2. Shipping times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier, generally between 2 and 4 business days for mainland France.

During busy periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), delivery times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery is free for all orders within mainland France. For other geographic areas (French overseas territories and international), delivery costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering.

4. Carriers used

We work with carriers recognized for their reliability, such as La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent, depending on the size, weight of the package and your address.

5. Delivery tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

6. Package not received / delays / anomalies

If you receive a damaged package, we recommend that you take photos of the package and its contents upon receipt and send them to us within 48 hours so that we can offer you a suitable solution.

7. Returns and withdrawals

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Refund Policy. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

8. Changes to this policy

This delivery policy may be updated at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review it regularly.
